All artworks are created by hand. As such, each piece is unique and may contain natural variations in colour, texture, scale, and finish.

Images of artworks are provided for reference only. While every effort is made to represent colours and materials accurately, variations may occur due to photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings. Dimensions are provided where applicable and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Availability of works is subject to change. Inclusion of a work on this website does not guarantee availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, availability, and delivery costs may be amended at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. No payment details are stored on this website.

In the event that a work cannot be fulfilled after purchase, you will be contacted and issued a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated timelines will be outlined at the point of purchase or agreed in advance for commissions.

For larger or fragile works, delivery arrangements may require a signature on receipt. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that an appropriate delivery address is provided.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of original artworks and commissioned pieces, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged.

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the damage and packaging, so that the matter can be resolved.

Commissioned works cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

7. Commissions

Commission enquiries are welcomed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Timelines, pricing, and terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

8. Press, Exhibitions & Retail Enquiries

Press, exhibition, and professional enquiries are welcome and should be made via the contact details provided on this website.

Any previous retail or design collaborations under Hey, Bulldog! Design are part of a prior body of work and do not form part of current retail operations unless explicitly stated.

9. Competitions & Promotions

Any competitions, giveaways, or promotions run via this website or associated social media channels will have their own specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time.
